    How do I know which process my part needs?
    Send it in. The route comparison prices the realistic options on your volumes and tolerances and shows the working — the recommendation is yours to challenge.
    Can different processes match cosmetically?
    Sometimes. Extruded and A356 cast parts can anodise to match; ADC12 castings cannot — the comparison flags cosmetic constraints before you commit.
    Can one assembly mix processes?
    Routinely: an extruded body with cast end caps and machined details, supplied as one kitted assembly with one quality file.
    What if my volumes change later?
    Routes are revisited at volume breaks — fabrication-to-casting and billet-to-extrusion conversions are normal mid-life cost reductions we engineer.
    Do you handle the finishing too?
    Yes — anodising, powder coat, e-coat and brushing are managed in-network with master-sample colour control across batches.
